6 hours

Formed by a volcano only 160,000 years ago, Isla Coronados is a young island. Playful sea lions, curious sea birds, hiking trails, and scenic beaches reward your excursion to Isla Coronados.

Day tour includes a stable and fun sit-on-top kayak or paddleboard, paddle, life jacket, guide, safety gear, drybag, snorkel gear, panga (motorboat), captain, lunch and Marine Park permits. Sea kayaks available by request for experienced paddlers.

Your guide and panga captain will take you on an exploration around the rugged side of the island to see a sea lion colony and fascinating geological formations. Weather permitting, you may snorkel or kayak near the sea lion colony. Disembark for lunch and some exploration on a long white sand beach. Soak up the sun or relax in the shade of a sun tarp or palapa. Snorkel the bay to see vibrant fish life. Enjoy the freedom of paddling along the beach or into the next bay. Wander the marked trails to the south side of the island or out the long peninsula. Return to Loreto in the early afternoon.
